Apokoronas365 was started by me whilst in hospital on Crete. I had been asked to look into starting a radio station online by a Greek friend and part time DJ who was originally from the island of Ithaca but now residing in Almyrida.
I was intrigued ( as usual ) and soon found out the best way to achieve this. I have had many obstacles along the way, not least the closing down of track hosting companies and one particular French company who grew very big overnight and very arrogant. I now use Shoutcast version 2 hosted by Comcitie who are excellent and the fastest support you can get anywhere.
Nikos, my friend, has cooled on the idea, so now I go it alone.
